Cobalt Property Services was formed in 2009, in recognition of a segment of the multifamily property management market that we felt could be better served. We provide third party management, leasing and consulting services to asset owners in the metro Atlanta region. We aim to provide attentiveness and unparalleled service, not only for the owners we work with, but also our tenants.
